Flippy Bit And The Attack Of The Hexadecimals From Base 16
Q42, in collaboration with Russian psychologist Kateryna Afinogenova, has developed an experimental game based on her recent study. A group of 420 children exhibited exceptional talent in performing bitwise operations and hexadecimal conversions.
In an exclusive interview with Scientific World News, Afinogenova revealed that "seven percent of the test group mastered bitshifting." Her statement piqued our interest, especially when she mentioned that children as young as two years old excel in binary calculations and can effortlessly convert between binary and hexadecimal.
We had the privilege to work with Afinogenova remotely to create a game that enables children to practice these skills directly. Afinogenova insisted on excluding a tutorial to highlight the ease of adoption for children compared to adults.
The results of our collaboration were astounding. Experience the game yourself and witness the impressive abilities of these young learners!
